Antique 19th Century Carved Treen Handle, English Bread Knife, Sheffield Steel.

This is a most beautifully carved antique English bread knife.

It has a bobble end to the knife and a flower and other detailing to the handle.

The wooden handle has a lovely dark rich patina to the wood.

The blade is tarnished from age, which all adds to the character of this charming knife.

The blade is beautifully inscribed with ears of corn and reads
