Large Antique Cheese Dome with Floral Pattern | Vintage Stilton Cover
Product Description
Add a magnificent focal point to your kitchenalia collection with this gorgeous, very large antique cheese dome. Featuring a stunning, intricate transferware design of flowers and leaves, this impressive piece is a true celebration of traditional country house style.
Historically crafted to cover a substantial farmhouse Stilton cheese wheel, this statement piece stands at an impressive 28 cm tall. It features its original built-in aeration holes neatly encircling a beautifully sculpted top finial, ensuring proper airflow for cheese preservation.
Please note: The original ceramic base plate is missing. For our product photography, we have styled the dome on a vintage bread board and a ceramic plate, both of which complement it beautifully. This listing is for the cheese dome only; the bread board and display plate are not included.
In wonderful antique condition, this large victorian style cheese cover is free from major flaws and ready to serve as a fantastic display item or a captivating dining table centerpiece.

Styling Inspiration
Because this antique ceramic cheese dome doesn't have its original base, it offers a wonderful opportunity for creative styling. We highly recommend pairing it with a weathered antique English bread board to lean into the rustic farmhouse look, or placing it over a mismatched vintage ironstone platter for a classic, curated kitchen display.
