Antique Wooden Cutlery tray, Housemaids Trug,Wooden Trug.

Beautiful antique cutlery tray or also known as a housemaids tray.

Wonderful condition for it’s age, this lovely tray/trug is made of a lovely rich wood, I think it is oak, great depth and aged patina to the wood.

The tray has two compartments and has the prettiest handle in the shape of a heart.

One corner very slightly coming away at join, please see photos and small gap where handle joins trug.

A wonderful country house antique, a great decorative piece but also still very useable.
