This old pan was proberly used in a professional kitchen due to the weight of it- it is extremely heavy weighing 3.8 Kg.
A wonderful display piece or prop, no longer could be used for cooking due to the lining having worn away. The actual saucepan has a hammered effect to it, also it has a thick copper carry handle which is well riveted on.
Wonderful seam detail to the base.
The lid in a couple of places doesn’t fit really snug, please see pictures.
Charming and well used, this set polishes up beautifully and would look wonderful in a Farmhouse or Cottage style kitchen.
