A nice oval shaped French copper pan, casserole dish.
The copper is in great condition, the interior is tin lined and after many years of use this is starting to wear away so would not be food safe. A wonderful display piece great for cottage or farmhouse kitchen styling, or would make a lovely vintage planter.
Stamped Made in France, this would have been a quality pan, possibly for professional use.
A good weight to it weighing just over 2.2 Kg
Gorgeous brass handles with copper rivets to the sides of pan and on the lid.
