Probably used in Victorian/Edwardian to transport hot water from room to room.
A real statement piece this could be used as a watering can as it is still watertight.
Has a hinged lift up lid, top handle and end handle all lovely and firm and an impressive spout, I haven’t come across a water can as large as this before.
An old item so brass has age related marks, really lovely condition.
